* Proven knowledge of current security implementation tools and integrated web application development environments
* Experience with a number of relevant development requirements and tools such as JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Teamwork, cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design (UI) design, sSecurity pPrinciples, oObject-oOriented dDesign, multimedia content development, API's, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
* 5+ years' experience in application development and testing
* Ability to create support documentation for new applications
* Strong teamwork skills

Job Description:

INDUS is seeking a creative Web Developer that can work with our software tool application team to achieve our digital development goals. The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on professional with strong knowledge of content management platforms, and an ability to translate our day to day business needs into client-friendly functions that will expand our tool application's influence in our industry. The Web Developer will be responsible for updating our current web development applications, as well as developing and implementing a usability testing process to insure that new site applications meet our company's requirements. Applications will be designed that have to retrieve information from and display information contained in a large, back-end data environment

* Create web applications involving current user interface design features and back-end database connectivity with multiple databases
* Develop comprehensive application testing procedures
* Update existing applications to meet current security and functionality standards
* Implement testing tools that monitor the ongoing performance of the company website application
* Assist in updating application development policies to ensure that all future applications meet the latest technical requirements
* Participate in technical reviews, working group meetings, Integrated Planning Team (IPT) sessions, and other technical meetings as required

Education/Equivalent: Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in computer science/information systems, mathematics, or engineering

Travel Required: This position may require some travel.
