Job Description
What is 'NGLP'?
The Travel Network New Graduate Leadership Program (NGLP) is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, high-potential new graduates to gain broad experience in various business and technical functions in the travel technology industry. The program develops new graduates for two years via structured functional rotations at six-month intervals. The program incorporates - mentorships, leadership growth, business acumen training, and unique opportunities for involvement in Sabre-wide initiatives, in preparation for future leadership roles with us.
What are the rotations?
The New Grad Leadership Program identifies four critical business areas aimed to strengthen a cross-functional pool of talent with accelerated performance and leadership potential: Line of Business, Commercial Sales, Product and Marketing & Strategy. There are several rotational opportunities within each of the four business areas. The needs of the business along with qualities of the participants determine rotational placements in order to maximize impact for the participants and Sabre.
By fostering better partnership and understanding of Sabre's business early in participants' careers, we develop the next generation of business leaders with cross-functional experience, best-in-class collaboration skills, and a diversified conversation skillset.
Job Requirements
Are you a fit?
Sabre will consider degreed candidates from any major! Most program participants have degrees in business (marketing, management, finance, accounting, etc.), engineering, software development or supply chain management, and have a track record of strong performance in previous positions or internships. Ideal candidates should be eager to learn and possess a sincere interest in growing their careers in leadership positions in the technology industry.
Undergraduatestudents graduating in December 2019 through May 2020 will be considered for the June 2019 hiring class.
