* Provide phone user triage support onsite and remotely for hardware/software issues * Setup, install and triage approved software issues * Troubleshoot and triage desktop/laptop and printer issues * Provide technical assistance to other support analysts as required * Assist with maintenance of comprehensive system documentation * Assist in evaluation and testing of software * Provide application training to users
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
* Knowledge and experience in Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office products * Knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, and mobile devices * Knowledge of common desktop hardware * Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Microsoft Exchange and/or Office365
REQUIREMENTS
* 6 plus months experience in a technology environment * Hands-on software installation, testing, and training experience * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail * Strong customer-service orientation

* Experience with setup and configure new software * Experience with Setup and configure new desktops/printers/devices * Comp TIA, Microsoft or other IT industry certifications a plus * This is an entry-level position.
