TransPerfect Legal Solutions is currently hiring smart recent college graduates with a strong technical background and amazing analytical skills to join our team of analysts. If you enjoy problem solving and working with data, this is the role for you!

* Manage all aspects of electronically stored information (ESI) processing from ingestion to creation of review/production databases using proprietary platform
* Monitor, evaluate, and troubleshoot data during the entire ESI process
* Provide support roles in formulating and executing data culling such as deduplication, search terms, date ranges, and file type filtering
* Responsible for all roles of processing data exports which includes load file modifications, quality control and packaging
* Generate best practice techniques to be used by the team
* Maintain client communication throughout the data processing
* Evaluate new technologies and software
* Evening and weekend work may be required as dictated by client projects

Qualifications

* Minimum of Bachelor's degree in mathematics or computer science
* Strong analytical thinking (Math/CS majors highly encouraged to apply)
* Basic SQL knowledge and Access experience
* Excel (Can you imagine living your life without it?)
* Critical thinking and problem solving mindset
* Thrive in pressure situations with no precedence or ready-made solution at your disposal

Desired Skills

* Strong SQL background including but not limited to: inner joins, outer joins, sub-queries
* Strong VBA Macro experience in Excel
* Technical understanding of e-discovery process, lifecycle, and technical issues
* Strategy gamer
* Custom-built PC owner
* Ability to type out letmetype@si$0236^# in 7 seconds without looking at your keyboard
