Job Title: Technical and Applications Management Specialist IV
Location: Roseland, NJ
Job Duties:
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Technical and Applications Management Specialist IV at our Roseland, NJ location. Responsibilities: Support application servers, business intelligence software, container technologies, managed file transfer services, and Enterprise Service Bus. Troubleshoot reported issues and vendor break/fix coordination escalated from the Tier-2 support team. Coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and tracking and lead RCA investigations. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for middleware technologies. Participate in Software Development Life Cycle management. Provide software application implementation support and coordinate and validate implementations. Research, recommend, and introduce new technologies and new uses of existing technologies.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in a related occupation.
Work Experience:
Three (3) years of experience must include: Installation and administration of IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and WebSphere MQ (MQ); WebSphere MQ and IIB cluster setup and configuration; Deployment of MQ and IIB artifacts; Configuring HA with IIB and MQ; Linux; Web Services, including JSON and REST; MQ/MFT (formerly MQ/FTE); Oracle; and UNIX shell scripts, including KSH and BASH.
