Key Responsibilities
Analyzes business requirements, converts requirements to functional and technical specifications, and designs cross functional solutions to meet complex business requirements. Participated in new technology evaluations
Perform and document software application configuration and/or coding, prepare and execute testing (unit, integration, performance, acceptance) and data conversions using standard tools and following established processes and guidelines. May supervise work of contract developers. Perform Quality assurance
Monitors specific IT systems or set of systems for availability, performance and capabilities and reports anomalies through predefined process. Participate in evaluation and recommendation of patches, point releases, major upgrades and new systems.
Provides and/or oversees support services to GIS customers for specific IT service or set of services. Adheres to service management processes and procedures to meet customer service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction. Completes root cause analysis of outages or incident trends (often working with managed services partner). Recommends preventative actions
Plan and manage projects to ensure effective and efficient execution in line with established processes and guidelines and guardrails of scope, timeline, budget and quality
Mentors and trains team members in product functionality, development and testing guidelines, tools, and methodologies

Qualifications
Education and Experience
* 3-5 years SAP experience in SD/GTS minimum, including 1-2 full life cycle implementations
* Bachelor degree or above required
* Experience with the design of enhancements and continuous improvement projects involving GTS Compliance, and Customs submodules and integration points with ECC
* Experience with SD Billing and Accounts Receivable including revenue account determination, billing copy control, SD/FI interface, account summarization, output determination, in SAP ECC 6.0 or above versions
* Knowledge in all areas of the Order to Cash process: sales order configuration, pricing, delivery processing, warehouse management, contracts, billing, accounts receivable lockbox, credit management, revenue recognition
* Working knowledge and experience in billing B2B with IDOC is a plus, Billing B2B with Ariba third party platform implementation experience is highly preferred
* Hands on experience in Accounts receivables configuration and various countries Tax structures, as well as configuration for SD-FI interface is preferred
* Experience using US AES filing using GTS
* Knowledge and expertise in understanding the SAP Sales and Distribution
* Solid knowledge of the GTS Customs Declaration document and associated forms
* Experience promoting changes to Production and associated methodology, including writing and executing test plans
* Analytical team player, able to learn quickly, can prioritize and multi-task
* Strong English verbal and written skills
* Strong organizational skills and eagerness to drive deliverables to closure
* Self-starter and proactive, including managing deliverables, able to work independently, understanding timelines and deadlines with minimal guidance
