DXC's SAP ICX (C/4HANA, Hybris) practice is growing rapidly. A core pillar of our growth strategy is creating market disrupting offerings with other DXC offering practices. This highly varied and challenging role owns the offering creation and leadership from inception to delivery working with other areas of DXC to ensure clear strategy and market alignment. This role drives the business case, go to market and technical creation of complex offerings, working closely with other DXC offering practices to design and build these solutions then training the Solution and Deliver functions to globally scale their role out.

Responsibilities:

* Acts as trusted advisor at executive level for many largest clients - strong boardroom participant.
* Leads and coaches multiple engagement teams on the largest or most complex or difficult client assignments.
* Leads a portfolio of engagement initiatives and focusing only on the most significant client engagements.
* Shapes the strategic agenda and creating the context for successful partnerships which generate significant business.
* Plays a significant ongoing role in the client's internal management alliances; shapes client thinking on governance, shapes the strategic direction and acts as a transformation agent.
* Is known for adding value, consulting and shaping development of the client's approach to identifying and managing risks and assumptions and for realizing benefits at a enterprise level.
* Mentors and coaches, in demand for a range of internal and external activities, senior mentor with strong personal pull using every opportunity to develop and grow others.
* Builds the company's global knowledge base.
* Significant contributor to the company methods and tools community, known for contribution and closely connected to other innovators.

Basic requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Seven or more years of consulting experience with business analysis and software product implementation
* Five to eight years of additional relevant experience in two or more business or industry specialty areas
* Experience working with company, client , and/or equivalent vendor-mandated methodology
* Experience working with functional and product considerations related to your specialty area(s)
