Location: Denver, CO

We are looking for an experienced Producer who is passionate about building teams and products through day-to-day facilitation and organization of team collaboration.

This position is located at our Denver studio. Must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of development from concept to completion
* Establish development priorities and milestones on a per project basis
* Lead internal resources to meet production schedules and maintain a coherent creative vision throughout the development life cycle
* Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with a variety of external partner groups
* Seek to continuously improve the effectiveness and impact of team member activity
* Deliver results despite circumstance while empowering a can-do attitude across the team

Required Qualities

* Experience on at least two game projects and/or five (5) years relevant production experience
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), time and project management skills
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project
* Experience operating in a Scrum development environment
* Experience operating in a games-as-service team environment
* Ability to mentor other team members with a solution-driven attitude
* Proven ability to manage and communicate with all development disciplines
* A passion for games of all types

Pluses

* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Technical aptitude with project management software
* Production experience with mobile development
* Public and P.R. communication experience
* Passion for TCG's
