Engineering Operations in Azusa, California is seeking a multi-disciplined professional to oversee development and operations of multiple classified computer networks and labs.
This is a technical leadership or leadership development role requiring an understanding of computer infrastructure administration, systems architecture, cyber security, information assurance and the ability to work with a diverse user community in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain and enforce system security plans
* Oversee cybersecurity flaw remediation (vulnerability scanning, patching, etc.)
* Monitor lab infrastructure usage, performance, integrity and backups
* Oversee hardware and software integration, installation and upgrades
* Oversee system problem investigation and resolution
* Maintain applicable documentation
* Participate in change management boards

Basic Qualifications:
* 9 Years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM Field; 7 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD.
* Cybersecurity domain knowledge, including strategies and mechanisms
* Demonstrated team leadership experience
* Experience with Windows and Linux systems architecture
* Understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing and firewalls
* Active DoD Secret Clearance must be held and maintained. U.S. Citizenship is required.
* Must have the ability to obtain and maintain CISSP or Security
Preferred Qualifications:
* Active CISSP or Security certification
* Familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 and the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
* Systems Administration experience (Windows, Linux, LDAP, Active Directory)
* Systems Analysis experience
* Familiarity with Storage, Networking and Virtualization technologies
