Position Overview

This position will serve as lead functional support for current and future planning initiatives - e.g., NA Wholesale Assortment Planning (in progress), NA Wholesale Merch Financial Planning (future priority). It involves working with end users to give them hands on support and coordinating with business and IT for continuous adoption and improvement of the tool an the process

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Work closely with RL Business Champion, IT, and 3rd parties to deliver the project, this includes:

Understanding enhancement requests
* Providing input on the prioritization of enhancement requests
* Gathering requirements for prioritized enhancements
* Helping solution prioritized enhancement with the development team (IT and / or 3rd parties)
* Testing enhancements with the development team
* Leading Super Users in User Acceptance Testing to validate the enhancements before deploying to production applications
* Providing training or issuing communications on to be deployed enhancements
* Assisting super users with troubleshooting post-deployment, as needed
* Create and maintain any additional tools outside the system - e.g., the in-market file and create other business reporting - as needed

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* 2 to 5 years of experience as an Account or Merchandise Planner
* Experience as a super user in any planning tool or solution (Anaplan skills would be an added bonus)


* Experience coordinating with cross functional teams - Business and IT


* Solid written and verbal communication, including presentation skills


* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
