Job Description

Position Purpose:

This position is responsible for managing technology related infrastructure and systems including design, selection, implementation, support and maintenance. The position will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships and vendor involvement with implementation and support activities. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn new technologies, continuously improve overall IT operations, and enhance the user's experience with a focus on contributing to the success of our company through dedication and teamwork.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

* Coordinate and manage various aspects of the IT operations including both internal and vendor provides services
* Contribute to the assessment, selection, deployment and maintenance of new technologies
* Configure, support and maintain systems for various environments including server, network, collaboration, communications, security, identity, backup and others
* Provide support resolution for escalated user-initiated incidents and problems
* Assist with maintaining accurate asset, system, process and procedure documentation
* Perform periodic assessments of current system performance and make recommendations for improvements
* Manage special projects including, but not limited to, new office startups, acquisition integration, enterprise implementations and technology refresh initiatives
* Perform routine maintenance and upgrade activities to support efficient IT operations and a continuous improvement mindset

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

* Minimum of 5 years of Microsoft on-premises domain, network, and server administration experience
* Minimum of 2 years of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD administration experience
* Minimum of 5 years of end-user support with organizations having multiple locations and hundreds of users

* Excellent project management skills and proven success managing budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve objectives
* Excellent communication skills and proven success establishing and maintaining business relationships at all levels of the organization
* Excellent problem-solving skills and proven success analyzing situations, identifying solutions, articulating options, facilitating decisions and achieving resolution

Education and Certifications:

* Bachelor's degree desired

Additional Desired Skills and Experience:

* Competency with the configuration and administration of the following technologies in hybrid cloud environments: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure Platform & Infrastructure Services, and Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management & Mobile App Management
* Make progress even under ambiguous environment; create structure and drive impact with limited guidance or precedence
* Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment

Special Position Requirements:

* Travel required: minimal travel less than 5%
* Stressful situations requiring calm attention to detail
