Embedded within our Enterprise Solutions & Analytics practice, and centrally located in Huron's Chicago Office, is our Regional Delivery Center. This hub for cross-functional, cross-technical skilled talent is a valued team within Huron's Global Delivery Network. Supporting our North America EPM, BI, ERP and CRM service lines, the Chicago Regional Delivery Center provides scalable on-shore delivery capabilities to our clients, and works closely with other centers in our international network. Our offerings span implementation services for the various technology platforms, infrastructure and integration services both on-premise and cloud-based, as well as application support / managed services. Known for our flexible delivery framework, we operate collaboratively via client-site, in-house, as well as virtually/remote to deliver value to our clients.

Qualifications:

* 1-2+ years of experience in the administration and maintenance of financial systems (Oracle EPM suite is preferred).
* Functional knowledge of Financial Close/Consolidation, Planning/Forecasting, Financial Analytics, and/or Accounting processes
* Application experience should include:

o Daily application support - experience with both unstructured support (issue triage, resolution, etc.) and structured support (product releases, patch set reviews, etc.).

o Direct experience supporting Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Planning, Essbase, PBCS, and/or FCCS is a plus.

o Minor enhancements - experience with configuration changes, reporting changes, script changes, etc. Direct experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management VB script rules files is a plus.

* Excellent customer-facing and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to grow client service relationships.
* Ability to work independently within client-centric environments and/or collaboratively within consulting project phases.
* Location: Chicago, IL
* Travel: 0-25% (infrequently for company or client sponsored training or events)
