At YouthPros, we believe that youth athletes deserve the opportunity to develop into the best young adult they can be, whether that be in athletics, academics or career choices. We also believe that this can be attained alongside the business objectives of youth athletics leagues and clubs. We strive to provide an industry-leading package of tools and content to these organizations to allow them to conveniently manage their teams, coaches, parents, and players, and help young athletes achieve their potential.
We’ve raised a healthy seed round; now we’re building the team that’s going to help us realize this vision and carry it forward.

About Kevin W. Crye, Founder

In 1998 I had a vision to bring much needed training and knowledge to the everyday youth athlete who wanted more than what was offered within the school systems and within the average club sport organization. I started my first company Upper Hand Athletics in 1999 to solve those problems. We have served thousands of athletes and coaches in their pursuit of athletic dominance.
I have served as an elementary/junior high, high school, collegiate, club and professional coach of various sports for the past 20+ years. Working in those capacities as well as teaching at the high school, junior college and university level has given me the unique opportunity to understand where gaps exist in the development of young athletes.
