WELL is a secure communication platform for healthcare. We enable all the coordination between practices and their patients to take place over text messaging, using existing office phone numbers. Our platform combines manual and automated communication to assist with scheduling, patient outreach, intake paperwork, bill pay and more - allowing patients to focus on their care instead of the logistics.
Our interview process begins with an introduction call to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if WELL is a mutual fit. If we move forward, we'll schedule one more phone/video call for a technical screen (Engineering). Finally, the onsite interview can always work around your schedule's flexibility, but we like to have you meet several key stakeholders on the team, as well as one of our Founders.
