This is the place where we are supposed to talk about how we started, and how cool we are right? We do have some great stories about how we started, and fun things that have happened along they way (and we’re happy to share them if you email us founders@webconnex.com), but what really drives everything we do is our values.

This is not a job. We are here because we love what we do and believe what we do every day matters. Being effective in our passion means we have balance. So, while we believe in working hard, we also believe in rest, time with family and fun. Life is an adventure to be lived to the fullest.

We value people above everything else, so we will always put people first. From our largest customer to our smallest, from our suppliers to our partners, every relationship matters to us.

We trust each other, honor each other, respect each other and serve each other with humility. We will do what is right, even if it costs us in the short term. We are committed to giving each other our best 100% of the time with honesty and integrity.

While we strive to be the best in each industry we serve, we will always treat our competitors with dignity and respect. We love competition, but we believe the way to win is by creating great products and happy customers.
