Venture Works is lean start-up lab based in London. We've built a team of hand-picked entrepreneurs with diverse skills and common goal of using lean methodologies to create new businesses that solve real consumer problems in innovative ways.

Backed by Lee Robinson – founder of Altana Wealth and previously Trafalgar Asset Managers. Lee’s innovative strategies and leadership lead to a successful exit of over £100m. Lee’s strategic and financial backing has allowed us to develop a team that has the capability to deliver world class digital start-ups.
We are passionate about Lean Start-up methodology. Our projects are run using lean canvases, experiments and validated learning. Our tweaked lean methodology gives us the framework which allows us to fail fast and validate businesses that have the potential to scale as quickly as possible.

We are the beginning of this journey. It’s not going to be a smooth ride but its going to be a lot of fun.
