Founded by two MIT engineers, Ultranauts Inc. (formerly Ultra Testing) is on a mission to demonstrate that neurodiversity is a competitive advantage for business. In 2013, we built the world’s first fully remote workplace for cognitively diverse teams, and today, we have colleagues working in 30 states across the U.S. More than 75% of our professionals across the company are neurodivergent, and 100% of Ultranauts believe our differences make us better together.
