The Dunes Club is a private member-owned, year-round oceanfront club located in Atlantic Beach. The Dunes Club was established in 1939 by a small group wanting a place for families to gather, where their children could swim and play on the oceanfront. Our clubhouse was newly renovated in 2019. The club is a member-owned beach club limiting its membership to 425 families.

Our members enjoy fine dining in our lovely clubhouse with views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, as well as our poolside open air Bistro offering a more relaxed atmosphere with a full-service menu and bar. We offer a Poolside Pavilion, pool facilities and the beach with lifeguards and attendants. We pride ourselves on being an elegant and relaxed private club. We offer social activities such as holiday events, dinner dances, children’s events, etc. that enable our members to meet and mingle.
