The Connected Learning Alliance is an educational nonprofit startup supported by the MacArthur Foundation. Our mission is to harness the tools of the digital age to connect learners with their passions and to facilitate new educational opportunities for both learners and educators.
The Ninja team is focused on the pursuitery.com website. It’s a place where people can hang out, mess around, and geek out. It's about how we live, socialize, and share on the Internet, and is taken from the title of the book resulting from the Digital Youth Project.
Pursuitery is the go-to site for young people to move from interested to expert. Use it to break into anything you’re interested in, from gaming and programming to art and filmmaking. You’ll not only connect with other people interested in the same things, but also learn from experts in the field. Pursuitery is your place to hang out, mess around, and quickly learn enough to leap ahead.
We have learned a lot by developing a concierge minimum viable product to facilitate 1:1 and group mentorships... Now, we're getting ready to support a lot more young people.
