Interview process:

• Initial phone screen with Lead Developer about specific role & company mission
• Technical/Architecture discussion via video chat with Senior Backend Engineer
• Final onsite 1-on-1 interviews with 4 team leads (Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Operations)
