Who we are

We are an ambitious team that believes that sports talent can be developed and identified more objectively using video and data. Rather than sit back and watch talented football (soccer) players around the world fail to get a shot at playing pro, we are doing something about it. And we are using technology of course!!

By leveraging developments in Artificial Intelligence, we help youth team football coaches to better analyse the performances of their players to help them be the best they can be, while scouts can leverage this wealth of data to identify the best prospects from anywhere in the wold. The next generation of football superstars will be identified and developed using Statmetrix.

A lot of responsibility and technically challenging work. However, we are a team and in the same way our solution is for team sports, we can only win as a company by working together and learning from one another. You will also have the opportunity to work remotely as we grow the team and find a home in London.

Our recruitment process

Three stage with 2-3 weeks turnaround:

2) Technical face-to-face interview
3) Talent fit (call with 2 members of company management)
