Silver Ridge Asset Management is a global macro discretionary hedge fund based in London. The fund has a one-team model, with a tight-knit environment and great emphasis on both teamwork and initiative. Each person in the team has ownership of their work. Our proprietary system (Silver Miine) extracts insights and signals from fundamental, technical, flow, market structure and sentiment data. Geographically focused Regional Portfolio Managers (RPMs) and global Product focused Macro PMs (MPMs) with the CIO incorporate this information to their views in the risk taking effort of the fund.

CIO Anil Prasad has three decades of experience trading and building successful investment management businesses. Anil worked at Citi for 25 years, culminating in his role as the Global Head of FX and Local Markets (FXLM). During this time Mr. Prasad managed teams across 83 countries and built the business into a dominant market leader. Throughout his career, Mr. Prasad traded and managed teams across Rates, FX, Commodities, and Local Emerging Markets. In 2014 Mr. Prasad left Citi and founded Silver Ridge Asset Management. The Fund’s approach to global macro is centred on the importance of assessing market dynamics and risks across Developed and Emerging Markets. Mr. Prasad is passionate about children’s education in the Emerging Markets and launched several initiatives over his career to benefit the cause. Mr Prasad holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Delhi and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.
