Our company is unique in its stage of development. While venture-backed by great investors including Stanford, we are profitable and run in a lean mode. The team is spread throughout the Bay Area and we hate traffic so official office days are Monday - Tuesday 10:30 - 5ish. Fridays are at home. We want folks who are naturally curious, driven to help customers and who of course paint great code. Our platform offers the opportunity to work with a truly cutting-edge Java environment that technologists that have seen it think is simply amazing.

Many companies talk about being a co-owner and having a real stake in the company, but at SeeControl we deliver. You will have a meaningful equity stake that is going to be protected against arbitrary dilution, because we are actually running a real business. We are not seeking to raise gobs of venture capital and have already spurned several acquisition offers.
