The office space at Rawnet is very stylish with contemporary furniture, comfortable Aeron chairs, a breakfast bar for socialising at lunch, and a pool table and X-box for lunchtime tournaments. We have a creative room with one huge wall covered in white board paint for those brainstorming sessions and we’ve got several breakout areas in the office for informal meetings.

Based in the heart of Ascot, we have a link straight into London with the train and ample foc parking space available for those who drive.
We allow 20 days holiday allowance per year. We allow an additional day's holiday for Birthday's so that you can go off and do something super fun (if your Birthday happens to fall on a weekend, we allow you to take the Friday or Monday either side of that weekend). We close in-between Christmas and New Year so new starters are advised to keep 3 days aside for this. In your second year of work here, we allow you to have an additional 3 days holiday for this period. Our standard working hours are 9.00am-5.30pm.
We have a flexible management style so we are open to remote working when required. It might be you’re not feeling too great or you have a boiler issue. Don’t worry, we’ll help you gain remote-access to our servers.
We’ve built a social breakfast bar in the Kitchen so that people can take a break from their desks at lunch. We provide complimentary milk, tea, coffee (instant and lovely posh beans for our state of the art coffee machine!) Also, the rule with the breakfast table is that if it’s on there, it’s for sharing so look out for those yummy cakes. We also provide a complimentary breakfast on a Friday morning for the team to enjoy.
We have a low staff turnover here and feel this is a great testament to how we ensure everyone is treated as a valuable team member and do our best to align company and personal ambitions. We only employ friendly and passionate people, which has resulted in one of the best teams in the UK to work with.
We really see the importance of constantly developing our employees so we have a training budget per team for conferences, talks and seminars to keep everyone on the pulse.
We gather the team for a big celebration in the Summer and at Christmas each year. Around this and as we are only a stone's throw from Ascot Racecourse, we always host an afternoon with a picnic at the heath in the Summer to enjoy the fun of Royal Ascot week.
We often gather for company lunches and make a point of celebrating all successes by sharing these moments with the team.
We are also very lucky to be nominated each year for a number of awards and we like to take teams that have created the award winning work to the ceremonies with us! It’s a great chance to dust off the tuxes and enjoy a luxurious evening with entertainment.
In 2015 we launched an internal research and development lab and innovation centre to solve emerging business challenges in the Digital world. Innovation will be at heart of the Lab. It’s gives our developers, designers, producers and frontenders a chance to explore and experiment with new technologies and techniques to ensure we always stay ahead of the game in our thinking. The first project undertaken in the Labs was to work on developing a web application that ensures the sharing of passwords around the agency and between clients are more secure.
