Preferabli is the leading B2B2C product discovery and recommendation software for the wine and spirits industry – including specialty and grocery retailers, hospitality and travel, and DTC marketplaces and distribution.

We license software that easily integrates into existing systems to help the industry efficiently market and sell to individual taste preferences in the way a human expert would, in ecommerce and physical settings – at scale.

Our software uses a novel form of machine learning protected by 11 patents. It was built by PhDs in physiology and applied mathematics, and the largest group of Masters of Wine and Master Sommeliers in the world.

1:1 personalized, taste-based recommendations are generated using any combination of digital signal from a merchant's customers – purchases, ratings and/or search histories, with all recommendations being based on individual preferences, not crowdsourcing.

We are PhDs in physiology and applied mathematics, with deep expertise in numerical methods and operating systems. We are Masters of Wine and Master Sommeliers, and notable industry sales and marketing experts.

Our founders are among the Goldman Sachs 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs and named inventors on 11 patents. They’re still surprised how valuable their college bartending experience would be in building software so many years later.

We currently offer solutions for web, mobile and back-of-house, with a soon-to-be released proprietary GenAI solution.
