Planned Parenthood began as a grassroots movement, and today sees more than 4 million people in person each year through our health centers and sex ed programs. We were also recently named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies, thanks in large part to the work of our digital teams, who complement this work by using technology to make sure that anyone can get the information and services they need -- anytime, anywhere. We find opportunities to apply new technology to entrenched problems, with a focus on reaching underserved and overlooked communities. We use a lean process driven by direct user research and human-centered design to solve problems. In doing so, we aim not only to solve users' needs, but also to engage and catalyze new generations of Planned Parenthood patients and supporters.
