    Compensation and retirement

    All team members are eligible for Payjunction's Safe Harbor 401k plan. Eligibility begins on the first of the month after the date of hire and the company will match up to 6% of team member's contributions fully vested from day one.

    Vacation and time off

    We provide PTO which is accrued based upon a team member's date of hire as a full time employee. PTO accruals scale up after 2 years and after 5 years of employment. In addition to PTO we also provide paid company holidays, floating holidays and volunteer paid time off.
