Our Tech

Our platform is cloud-native, fault-tolerant, event-driven architecture using microservices, and we work in multi-disciplined Agile Scrum teams. We drive engineering best practices and automation of build, test and deployment pipelines to support continuous delivery.

Our Hiring Process for Engineers

• Stage 1 : 30 minute phone interview to let you know more about us and to check there is a good fit - 30 mins
• Stage 2 : Tech test which can be done in your own time, remotely - about 3 hours
• Stage 3 : Face-to-face interview which will include more technical questions - about 90 mins.
• Stage 4 : Offer letter. The whole process is normally completed in around 10 days.
