Our story begins as most things do in Napa Valley: over a table replete with good food and good wines.

Founded in 1944, the Napa Valley Vintners (NVV) is a voluntary regional trade group with an active membership of 550 wineries, representing a tradition of dedicated vintners and grape growers who work and care for this premier winegrowing region. Collectively we strive to consistently produce wines of the highest quality, to provide environmental leadership and to care for the extraordinary place we call home.

    Our Work

Through our signature marketing programs, industry advocacy and comprehensive member resources, we work continuously to be the voice of the Napa Valley wine industry for consumers, members of the wine trade and media outlets around the globe. We strive to be the essential trade organization for any vintner producing Napa Valley wine in the Napa Valley. In addition to our marketing endeavors, the NVV produces an annual charity auction that has given nearly $200 Million to Napa County non-profit organizations.

    Our Team

We're a small team of less than thirty people dedicated to fulfilling the mission of the organization. We work hard in fast-paced roles that benefit from a dynamic skillset and flexible perspective. We also do our best to have fun while we're at it and to care about each other as an extended family.
