    It all started over 80 years ago, in 1940. Two brothers, Roy and Glen Martin, founded Martin Bros. out of a garage with a modest investment and a whole lot of heart and hard work. Their philosophy was to do everything they could to help customers and to treat everyone the way they themselves wanted to be treated, a philosophy that became known as Martin Bros. Legendary Customer Service.

    Over the years, Martin Bros. grew into an independent, full-line food service wholesale supplier serving clients throughout the Midwest and beyond, offering restaurants, schools, senior living facilities and various other businesses and organizations everything they needed for their food service operations.

    Martin Bros. is an employee owned company. All employees receive shares in ESOP plan automatically after 1 year of employment. As owners, quarterly bonuses are earned based on company performance / goals. Employees are also free to setup 401k.
