What We Do

At Hashletes we believe we are entering a new era of sports, where both the fan to fan and fan to athlete connections are strengthened and deepened. With the advent of decentralized and distributed ledger technologies it is now possible for first time ever to own a digital representation of your favorite athlete. But ownership is just the beginning... What you can do with the token is where the fan experience will be taken to new levels. Every athlete token can be bought, sold and traded on a decentralized marketplace, but they can also be used in fantasy-like games and competitions. Hashletes will be building some of the first games and will also be creating the platform for game developers to build their games upon.

How We Interview & Hire

Our interview process begins with an introductory call to help you better understand the opportunity, give us a glimpse into your interests and motivations, and help you decide if Hashletes is the right place for you to be your happiest and most successful self. From there, we will conduct a technical screen with one of our Engineers or Product Designers so you can show us your skills. Lastly, you will be invited onsite to interview with an interview panel from our product/engineering group. Our onsite interview is designed to assess for a broad range of skills so that we can gain a holistic understanding of what you bring to the team and where you shine. For our Engineering and Design candidates, our onsite interview includes 2-3 technical rounds, as well as "real-talk" conversations around what it is like to be an Engineer or Designer at Hashletes and how you would work with the team on a daily basis. We pride ourselves on being transparent throughout the entire interview process with conversations around compensation, equity, the impact you will make here at Hashletes.
