Folia Health

At Folia Health, our mission is to build a 360-degree view of every patient - to enable better care, better evidence for new therapies, and a more patient-driven healthcare system. So far, we’ve done this by making it simple for individuals to hold a complete view of their health, centered on their own high-resolution, “notebook” observations, in a single, actionable platform that they own and can share. We work alongside pharmaceutical, biotech, and research organizations that rely upon high-resolution evidence to power their operations on both the R&D and commercial sides of the fence.

Our Folia users capture their observations, opt-in to participate in home-based trials and tailored therapy-specific programs, give permission for links to outside data sources like EHRs, and can always view and use a complete set of all the data they’ve ever collected in Folia. In this way, Folia enables individuals to see a clear view of their own progress and contribute to the development of the next generation of medicine - in one place, from their own home. (We like to call this first-of-its kind system a Health - Individual Operating System, or Health - IOS.)
