Epoxy was founded by designers, engineers and entrepreneurs who are passionate about product and solving problems. Our backgrounds include Stanford, Brown, MIT, Apple, Adobe, BMW, FuseTV, Google/YouTube, IDEO, Mixpanel, Pixar, and Team Downey. Our organization is flat and takes inspiration from the best design, innovation and engineering cultures. We’re fans of design, engineering, elegant products, art, pop culture, entertainment and, generally speaking, extraordinary experiences. Our investors are top-tier tech VCs and outstanding strategic angels.

Interview Process

1) Phone screen with Co-founder w/ 2 or 3 technical questions to vet
2) Phone call - technical - set up with screenshare - writing code
3) On-site with larger coding engineering and brainstorm
