Confurmo's mission is to simplify background screening and enable anybody to background check anyone, anywhere.
Our strategy is for an intuitive, intelligent product combining data, workflow management and sophisticated results analysis making the whole background checking process easy, smart, scalable and accessible to all. This is through a platform or API depending on the client. The portal is split between consumers, SME and Enterprise.
We are a small start-up with big ambitions and plans to grow quickly which will be partly through acquisition. The team we have are all very experienced in the background screening industry having worked in Europe, Asia-Pacific, Australia and the US.
Our process begins with an introduction chat to explain the role to you and learn more about your interests to see if we are a good fit for each other. If that goes well then we will schedule a meeting to go into your experience in more detail. Before making any offer we want to make sure you have met with/spoken to all our senior team. By the time any offer is made you will have a good feel for the role and us, making the final decision an easy one!
