ClickIPO

We have a build a platform that is mobile driven, enabling customers to participate in IPO and Secondary offerings. Our customers can look at the offerings that are listed on the platform via the mobile, follow the offering of their choice, place conditional order to buy. They can connect to the broker dealer of their choice (we are constantly adding new broker dealers to our platform). Customers do not have to change their broker dealer to participate in the offerings on ClickIPO's platform. If they don't have one then they can also create a new Broker Dealer that they find favorable.
