* Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll functional/technical support and help out business/payroll departments in day to day payroll processes. * Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll functionality * Validate and Test regular Upgrades and patches in Cloud HCM Payroll * Validate and test Vertex monthly and Quarterly patches and share changes on tax information with Payroll departments * Liase with Payroll Department and provide timely support during Payroll cycle * Work on Integrations with third party vendors like PCS, ADP and Banks * Understand US Payroll taxation and provide support on tax related issues to business users * Collaborate with HR and Benefits team members and work towards a smooth HCM Integrated System * Advise business on Best practices, risks, and any impacts on Payroll or other processes or systems in Oracle HCM * Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll Application to meet business requirements and document application set-ups * Design and configure special payments, elements as per business functional requirements * Assist and Train Payroll users in payroll processes * Manage Year End Projects for W2 generation and assist in Balance Adjustments processes during the year end * Work with Oracle Support for any missing critical functionality in Oracle HCM Payroll and provide updates to management * Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll * Implement Security for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll users * Assist business in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll projects * Assist in HR/Payroll Self Service processes * Create and Provide support on Payroll Reports * Create and provide support on Payroll fast formulas * Manage new Acquisitions and Onboard new employees in HCM Payroll * Effectively communicate and drive deliverables * Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner * Provide status and issue reports to the management
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Minimum of five years experience in a Functional Lead role * Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Functional experience: US Payroll * Hands-on experience with Fusion release 12 and higher * Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations * Upgrade and implementation experience * Prior experience leading HCM implementations/upgrades * Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
