    Layer8's co-founders have 10+ year experience in delivering network, software & IOT solutions into 25 million+ sq ft ranging from SME to Fortune 500 within the commercial real estate sector. Evolving the world of SMART propositions, Layer8's co-founders working with the largest MSP and Commercial Real Estate operators in the UK to build the ubiquitous middleware platform to bridge the gap between disparate systems into a single visual interface that is made simple and easy to understand by any skillset. Layer8s four key outcomes:
    -Increase Customer Experience ** via AI workflows between different platforms reducing unnecessary human interactions
    -Reducing technical barrier to entries and wastage systems to **Reduce Overheads     being leveraged by asset owners and removing clunky systems that do not integrate from network to application.
    -Aggregating agnostic systems enables workflows, these will be used to identify human patterns via AI which will Reduce Carbon Emissions
    -Providing relevant data by eradicating all of the white noise, capturing the information that will aid enhanced decision making processes.

    With such an exciting and ambitious project, Layer8 have had an explosive start with the platform already being leveraged with the largest MSP and Commercial Real Estate operators in the UK committing significant orders within their first year of trading, and with the platform being leveraged by FTSE 100 Commercial real estate owners such as Workspace Group, Soho House, British Land and Landsec.
